Change of Mind:
Due to the handmade nature of our jewellery and artwork, we are unfortunately unable to accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind. Please choose carefully and feel free to contact us with any questions before purchasing.
Damaged or Missing Items:
If your order arrives damaged or with items missing, please contact us within 10 days of receiving your parcel. We will work with NZ Post to lodge an enquiry and do our best to resolve the issue quickly.
Faulty or Defective Products:
If the item you receive is faulty or defective (not as a result of shipping damage), please
contact us with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the item and any faults
We will assess the situation and may offer a refund, store credit, or replacement, depending on the nature of the issue.

Please Note:
- Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
- We do not cover return shipping costs unless the item is confirmed to be faulty or incorrect.
- Custom or personalised items cannot be returned unless they arrive faulty.
Timeframes:
- All return requests must be made within 10 days of delivery.
- Once your return is approved, please return the item within 14 days.
